Located on Castelldefels beach, with 206 m² of living space, it presents itself as unique and Mediterranean. Let’s see... Fishermen say there is no better moment than glimpsing the lights of their home from their llaüt boat. An idyllic moment is crossing our garden. Clearly bright, open at the bow, intimate by the mulberry tree at the back, where every secret stays among us and events become unforgettable with indirect lights under the moon. It is important to highlight this corner, a unique and social nook where everyone is invited to feel this very Mediterranean life that defines us. The garden is complemented by a closed garage and a pergola to park the car daily. It is said that a boat’s sail covers it in summer and transforms it into the sea. Let’s enter now. Light boldly enters through the huge glass windows of the living room. Imagine entering a place where the outside naturally blends with the inside. From the sofa, your view can focus on the light, a book, or the green of your garden—all at once. The dining room opens to the living room, the living room opens to the garden, all created to feel, all felt to relax, all relaxed to laugh and rest.
