It is an amazing 1.141 m2 farm house from the XVI century, which belongs to the Catalan cultural heritage, with a 11.000m2 plot of land, and with a 4* hotel project in Platja d’Aro.
THE PROJECT
The hotel project consists on rebuilding the indoor space of the farm house, which would be the main part of the complex, but keeping its historical appearance. This main part would have 17 suites and superior rooms, a part from the reception and lobby area.
On the back part of the main house, we could find the part that is meant to be the restaurant with its own kitchen, with an indoor terrace and also some space on the terrace.
This project also includes the construction of 14 private cabins with a private terrace and access to the hotel’s private pool each one of them.
Regarding the outdoor area, there will be a pool built in front of the private cabins with a kids area, a jacuzzi and a Spa, as well as behind the cabins there will be a multi-purpose area to organize events up to 200 people.

It is planned to build 11 suite bedrooms and 6 superior bedrooms as well as 14 private cabins in the same plot. In addition, it also has a limited parking place.
