The villa overlooks the world-famous 5-star Finca Cortesin golf course. Guests will enjoy the large garden, outdoor barbecue area, and the year-round accessible infinity pool on our family property.

It features 3 spacious bedrooms with 3 separate bathrooms, all en-suite, and a unique design offering a high level of quality with luxurious interiors.

The comfortable open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen open onto a large terrace with a pool and a patio dining area, providing maximum privacy and stunning views of the 5-star golf course and the Mediterranean coast.

Main access to the villa: Elevated position overlooking the golf course, well-maintained gardens, and garden plants welcome you as you enter the villa grounds. Attention to detail, quality construction, interior design, and outdoor furniture draw you through large wooden louvered doors to the inner courtyard, offering a glimpse of the villa’s beautiful gardens.

Main living space: Open-plan living room with high-quality furniture, 2 large comfortable sofas seating 6 people, and 2 additional armchairs arranged on a large rug with 2 coffee tables featuring reading books. A custom art wall framed with 3 large floral images covers the entire wall, adding character to the space. Doors lead to the pool terrace with views of the golf course, sea, and mountains.

Dining area: The open-plan dining table is located outside the living room and next to the kitchen. The table combines a dark atmosphere with white seating for 6 people, featuring a simple yet elegant design with overhead lighting.

Kitchen: Specially designed kitchen with a large island, dark wood finishes, black granite countertops, and tiled walls. Very elegant and high-quality kitchen. Integrated induction hob, Siemens oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, built-in portable fridge, and separate pantry.

MASTER BEDROOM 1: Large master suite with a king-size Emperor bed. The room has warm-toned wallpaper, a safe, a mix of antique furniture, armchairs, tiled floors covered with a large rug, and doors leading to the pool terrace. TV. Dressing area with plenty of built-in wardrobes.

Bathroom 1: Large bathroom with a freestanding whirlpool bathtub with black fixtures and faucet, separate shower, and double sink. The room is filled with light and features 2 floor-to-ceiling windows.

Bedroom 2: Located next to the main living room and at the start of the living area, with 2 single beds featuring custom fabric headboards and warm-toned wallpaper. This room is ideal for children. Spacious desk area with chairs, large built-in wardrobes, and doors leading to the pool terrace.

Bathroom 2: Luxury bathroom with large marble tiles covering the walls and shower enclosure, black fixtures, and rain shower. Built-in sink with towel storage, toilet, bidet.

Bedroom 3: Located in a separate annex, there is an impressive patio adjacent to this room and the main house. Perfect for a couple, this is the second master bedroom with a king-size bed framed with gray wood elements, large built-in wardrobes, and doors leading outside to a private terrace with street and sea views.

Bathroom 3: Large en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower, built-in double sink unit with tiles and towel storage underneath. Toilet, bidet.

Gym/Spa/Wellness suite: Guests have access to hotel facilities. Additional charges apply for services such as spa treatments, use of hotel pools, and gym.

Outdoor space and pools: South-facing, spread over three levels. The upper terrace, with direct access from the main living room, features a 13-meter-wide infinity pool and 6 sun loungers by the pool.

The middle level is bordered by fig, mango, lemon, lime, pomegranate, and banana trees and has a large lawn area perfect for morning yoga and a soft, safe space for children to run freely.

The lower level is a larger social space with an outdoor kitchen featuring an integrated fridge and large gas barbecue. There is another large lawn area with panoramic views, perfect for an evening of entertainment and enjoying the views after sunset.
