Cartagena Villa

Live between two seas in a new villa in Playa Honda, Cartagena. This residential project offers 16 plots of 400 to 800 square metres, with a choice of three designs: Model Gemma, Model Laguna Azul, or Model Silvia.
The location is truly exceptional: just 3 minutes from Playa Paraíso and Playa Honda on the Mar Menor, and 5 minutes from Cabo de Palos and the beaches of the Mediterranean. A quiet, private setting where you can unwind and enjoy your own space. Playa Honda itself is a semi-urban beach with a wide promenade, sitting on the shores of the Mar Menor, a saltwater coastal lagoon in the Region of Murcia.
You are also only 9 minutes by car from the Calblanque Regional Park, known for its fine golden sands and nearly untouched coves. Everyday services are close at hand, and popular cities such as Cartagena, Murcia, Orihuela, and Torrevieja are all within easy reach. An idyllic spot for summer living, and for the rest of the year too.
The villas will be delivered approximately 20 months after purchase, with construction starting once the corresponding units have been sold.
