Château Du XV Ie Siècle Partiellement Rénové

Carcassonne. Located south of Carcassonne in the Haute Vallée, this large village castle’s first construction dates back to the 16th/17th century. About 300 m² has been renovated and is ready to live in, with another 600 m² still to be completed. The stone building features beautiful stone fireplaces, French-style ceilings, stone floors, and other exceptional architectural details.

The owners have done extensive work to improve and reinforce the building’s structure, respecting the original details.

Adjacent is a village house of 150 m² in good general condition.

The castle, in a commanding position, is surrounded by a garden, a vegetable garden, a large paved courtyard, and several terraces where you can enjoy truly panoramic views of the countryside and the Pyrenees.

A very interesting property for a cultural and/or tourist project.

Easy access via highway and Carcassonne airport, among others.
