Caparrot is a small coastal enclave on the southern coast of Menorca, positioned above the inlet of Canutells, one of the island’s quieter calas. The area is characterised by low-density residential development built in the traditional Menorcan style, with whitewashed facades and stone detailing that reflect the island’s vernacular architecture. The surrounding landscape is largely undeveloped, with scrubland and rocky coastline that give the area a sense of seclusion uncommon even by Menorcan standards.

The cala at Canutells is a short walk from the enclave and offers a small beach with calm, clear water. Mahón Airport, one of the busiest in the Balearics during summer, is approximately eight kilometres from the property, a drive of under fifteen minutes. The airport operates direct flights to major European cities including London, Barcelona, Madrid, and Frankfurt, with Barcelona connections also available year-round via Iberia and Vueling, placing the mainland roughly one hour away by air.
