Cap Martinet is one of the most sought-after residential enclaves on the island of Ibiza, positioned on the elevated hillside between Ibiza Town and the upscale marina of Marina Botafoch. The area is defined by its elevated plots, sea views toward Formentera and the old town of Dalt Vila, and a consistently high standard of residential architecture.
