Centre Croisette

Cannes occupies a specific position on the Côte d’Azur that no other city on the coast quite replicates. The Boulevard de la Croisette, running along the Bay of Cannes between the Palais des Festivals and the Palm Beach peninsula, is the defining address of the city: a broad seafront promenade lined with grand palace hotels, private beaches, and the kind of architecture that has attracted an international clientele since the mid-nineteenth century. Owning here places a buyer at the centre of one of Europe’s most recognised luxury addresses.

Daily life on and around the Croisette means direct access to the private beaches of the Martinez and Carlton hotels, the Marché Forville for morning produce, and restaurants including La Palme d’Or and Mantel. The Rue d’Antibes, Cannes’ main retail street, runs parallel one block inland and covers most practical shopping needs within a short walk.

Cannes-Mandelieu Airport handles private and charter flights and sits approximately ten minutes by car from the Croisette. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport, the main regional hub with direct routes to most European capitals and intercontinental connections, is roughly 30 kilometres east, approximately 30 to 40 minutes by road. Cannes train station connects directly to Nice in around 30 minutes and to Marseille-Saint-Charles in under two hours on the TGV.
