BROKERAGE AGREEMENT
The mediation task with “Immobiliare Wehner” will be outlined in a separate agreement.
The fee owed to the buyer/dealer (commission) amounts to 3% of the sale price of the real estate or one month’s rent in the case of a rental agreement.
The right to the commission is due when the buyer is informed of the acceptance of their proposal by the dealer; in the case of rental, at the moment the tenant is informed of the acceptance of the rental agreement proposal.
The commission must be paid simultaneously with the signing of the preliminary contract (compromesso) or at the moment of the rental agreement stipulation.
The buyer must cover the “imposta di registro”, notary expenses, “imposta di bollo”, mortgage expenses, taxes, and agreement translations, which are at their own expense.
It is acknowledged and accepted that the property can be sold to a third party before the acceptance of the proposal/agreement.
