The property is completed by about 1 hectare of land, partly olive grove and partly garden.

The garden is perfectly manicured and bustling, rich in fragrance and color thanks to the various fruit trees, aromatic and exotic plants, and flowers that adorn it.

There is also a large gazebo with a beautiful round table for 12 people, car parking, and the possibility of adding a swimming pool.
