Residential Campanet Spain

Campanet is a small inland municipality in the Serra de Tramuntana foothills of northern Mallorca, sitting at roughly 150 metres above sea level with views across agricultural terraces and pine-covered ridges. It is one of the quieter, more authentically Mallorcan towns on the island, largely bypassed by mass tourism, with a compact historic centre built around the church of Sant Miquel and stone-built streets that have changed little in character over centuries.

The weekly market in Campanet itself covers basics, while Sa Pobla, around 10 kilometres away, offers a larger Thursday market and broader retail. The Coves de Campanet, a cave system open to visitors, is two kilometres from the town centre. The beaches of Alcudia and Pollença are reachable in under 20 minutes by car.

Palma is approximately 40 kilometres south, a straightforward drive of around 40 minutes via the Ma-13 motorway, giving access to the island’s full range of services, private schools, and international dining. Palma de Mallorca Airport handles direct routes to most major European cities and is around 50 minutes from Campanet. There is no rail connection to the town, so a car is essential for daily life.
