There are places that change the way you live.
Campanet is one of them.
A village where life still moves at a slower pace, surrounded by the Serra de Tramuntana and protected natural landscapes that remain part of everyday life. Local cafés, traditional stone streets and the feeling that Mallorca can still be experienced in its most authentic form.
In this setting stands this newly built townhouse, thoughtfully designed to blend naturally with both the surrounding landscape and the village’s traditional architecture. A home where contemporary design, noble materials and local craftsmanship come together to create a living environment that is calm, light-filled and genuinely welcoming.
Its location offers the best of two worlds. Palma is just 20 minutes away, while the white sandy beaches of Playa de Muro, widely regarded among the finest in the Mediterranean, can be reached in approximately the same time. A rare balance between nature, village life and excellent connections across the island.
The property is delivered fully furnished and ready to move into, with a carefully curated interior where every element contributes to a harmonious and timeless design.
The house offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the upper floor, the principal suite has been conceived as a private retreat, featuring a walk-in wardrobe, an integrated bathroom and a private terrace where the Serra de Tramuntana becomes part of the everyday scenery. Two further generously proportioned bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, complete this level.
The main floor brings together the living room, dining area and kitchen in an open-plan layout that flows naturally towards the outdoor spaces. This level also includes the garage and an additional bedroom with bathroom, providing flexibility for guests or family members.
The outdoor areas have been designed as a natural extension of the home. Two terraces, an outdoor kitchen and several seating areas invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate throughout the year. The infinity pool, overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana and the village skyline, makes spectacular views and sunsets part of daily life.
On the lower level, a spacious multifunctional area offers the flexibility to create a home cinema, gym, children’s playroom or any other space tailored to the owner’s lifestyle. A dedicated wine cellar completes this floor.
The house opens naturally towards protected green surroundings that ensure privacy and uninterrupted views, an exceptional feature for a village home.
Every detail reflects an uncompromising commitment to quality. Exposed wooden beams, natural stone flooring, bespoke timber joinery, a custom-designed kitchen and carefully selected materials create a warm, elegant and timeless atmosphere where local craftsmanship takes centre stage.
Campanet is one of those places where authentic Mallorca can still be experienced without compromising on comfort. Restaurants such as Ses Coves de Campanet, local markets, hiking trails through the Serra de Tramuntana and some of the island’s finest beaches all contribute to a lifestyle where nature, gastronomy and tranquillity come together effortlessly.
[hidden information] recommends this property for the lifestyle it offers: an opportunity to experience Mallorca through the authenticity of village life, contemporary architecture and a protected natural setting that together create a home with a truly distinctive character.
Campanet is a small, unhurried Mallorcan village in the Raiguer region, sitting at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, the mountain range that runs along the island’s northwestern spine and holds UNESCO World Heritage status. The village retains the architectural character of rural Mallorca: stone facades, narrow lanes, and a pace of life largely unchanged by mass tourism. It is one of the few inland villages that combines genuine authenticity with practical access to both Palma and the northern coast.
The village has a local market, a handful of traditional cafes, and the Coves de Campanet, a notable cave system open to visitors. The beaches of Playa de Muro and Alcudia are roughly 20 minutes by car. Palma, with its full range of restaurants, cultural institutions, and international retail, is approximately 30 minutes via the Ma-13 motorway.
Campanet connects directly to the Ma-13, the main arterial road linking the north of the island to Palma. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 35 to 40 minutes by car and operates year-round international routes to major European cities, with significantly expanded frequency during summer months. There is no rail connection to the village, making a car essential for daily life. The port of Palma, serving regular ferry routes to Barcelona, Valencia, and Ibiza, is within the same driving distance as the airport.
