FARM located in the Maremma countryside, 10 minutes by car from the small town of Arcille, just 3 km from the provincial road and a few minutes from the sea and the city of Grosseto which is about 20 km away. The property, which can be reached via about 2 km of dirt road, consists of a farmhouse of about 197 m2 on 2 levels and divided into 3 independent apartments and extends for about 11 hectares of fenced hilly land (regularly signposted closed bottom) with a low clay content divided as follows: 3 hectares of olive grove for a total of 570 plants of different ages, 6 hectares of arable land currently used as a natural meadow, 1 hectare of woodland and the remainder used as a vegetable garden and fruit trees in addition to the urban courtyard of about 5,000 m2.
