AGRICULTURAL COMPANY with AGRITURISTIC activity with a total of 50 hectares of land bordering a wooded area of ​​approximately 3,000 hectares, located at an altitude of 260 meters above sea level. in a dominant panoramic position in Maremma on top of a hill from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view down to the sea, from Castiglione della Pescaia to the Uccellina Park. The company, organic since 2014, is mainly dedicated to olive cultivation. Since 2018, following an important renovation work, the tourist activity has been associated with a farmhouse on two floors which has undergone a complete renovation and is divided into 4 apartments, including a ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with open kitchen and fireplace, 3 apartments on the upper floor, equipped with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. All completely independent from each other for a total of 18 beds. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a common area divided into 2 communicating areas intended for catering with a fully equipped kitchen with two wood-fired ovens for bread-making. Around the farmhouse there are large green spaces from which to enjoy a landscape that extends down to the sea. Immediately below the terrace there is the outdoor swimming pool and solarium. The land and crops are certified as organic and include: an olive grove of 3,900 plants selected and registered with the Tuscan PGI, with which three types of single-varietal organic extra virgin olive oil are produced; an orchard of around 140 plants; a small vineyard with vines both for the production of white and red wine and table grapes; 11 Ha of arable land facing south, where it is possible to create a vineyard; the rest is fruitful woodland. The property has 5 hectares and 8000 m2 of vineyard shares in the Montecucco DOCG regulations. The property includes an artesian well, a cellar dug into the rock, technical rooms and an underground cistern for collecting rainwater, as well as a parking area.
