The house is located 25 minutes far from Salvador airport. It faces the almost deserted Busca Vida beach, inside a discreet, safe condominium, and in the middle of lots of nature. The wooden-based architecture offers a lot of comfort and a tropical climate around many coconut trees and an incredible swimming pool.

The house was designed by the architect from Trancoso, Ricardo Salém, who greatly values ​​the use of wood in all spaces. It has 4 suites, a TV room, and a large space that includes a dining room and two living rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a service room and laundry room. It is a house that facilitates integration, as the social areas and terrace are connected to the delightful swimming pool, in which there are areas of constant shade for hot days. Also connected to the social space of the house is the kiosk, with a barbecue, a pizza oven and a cozy sofa to relax at the end of the day. The practically deserted beach is in front of the house, just a few steps away.
There are two caretakers, mother and son, who live on the same land and will always be available. There is also the possibility of hiring a cook who specializes in local delicacies.
