A proper waterproofing with bituminous sheathing is applied to the entire interior surface of the house, topped with an insulating polystyrene panel. Electrical and hydraulic systems are installed above this, protected with lightweight materials such as cellular concrete.

The villa is earthquake-resistant and can be customized in the layout of the interior spaces and finishes.
