Design, Comfort, And Nature In Rio De Oro

There are houses that stand out for their dimensions. And there are those that, in addition, invite you to imagine a way of living. This newly built house in Rio de Oro, Calonge, combines contemporary architecture, open spaces, and a tranquil environment to enjoy every season of the year.
Built on a plot of 686 m², with 304 m² built, the house surprises from the moment you arrive with an open garage of nearly 65 m², spacious and with direct access to the home.
On the upper floor, the master suite enjoys privacy and a large private terrace. A space with many possibilities: imagine a jacuzzi, a relaxation area, or a corner to start the day outdoors.
A spectacular floating staircase connects to the main area and becomes a central piece of the house’s design. Below, the open kitchen, dining room, and living room form a spacious and welcoming area. The kitchen is one of the protagonists: open to the life of the house, it is the place to gather, share conversations, and create memories that last a lifetime. At the center of the living area, the fireplace adds warmth and invites you to enjoy the home even during winter days.
The living area extends to the outdoor terrace, with space to create a barbecue area and place a large table for long lunches and gatherings with family and friends. From here, the view continues to the garden and the pool, in a private and relaxing atmosphere, close to the stream and surrounded by nature.
A light well brings brightness to the living area and the hallway that leads to the night area. On this floor, there are three more bedrooms, one of them en suite, a full bathroom, and a utility room with a laundry area.
The house has an aerothermal system, a current technological solution that contributes to the comfort of the home.
A new, bright house designed to be lived in intensely: with space to share, corners to disconnect, and nature at your fingertips. An exclusive home in Calonge to turn every day into a way to enjoy home.
