Calci Country House

Going up in altitude from the village of Calci, the asphalt road gives way to a private dirt road of about 700 meters, which allows you to reach this country house, currently a rural building, whose strong point is definitely the splendid panoramic position, with the view flowing from the ancient defensive castle of La Verruca to the sea. The farmhouse is spread over two floors, plus a large attic, for a superrfici of about 200 square meters.

The internal layout:

The ground floor presents entrance into a large room with a fireplace, which could easily be placed in communication with the large covered patio with arched openings. A kitchenette and a bathroom are also located on this level. A wooden spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a closet. The 3-hectare land hosts hundreds of olive trees in production, from which the owner obtains a fine extra virgin olive oil.
