Cádiz Residential Plot

Manilva occupies the southwestern tip of the Costa del Sol, where the province of Málaga meets Cádiz, and where the Mediterranean opens toward the Strait of Gibraltar. The municipality encompasses a stretch of coastline that takes in Torreguadiaro, La Duquesa, and the Roman ruins of Castillo de la Duquesa, with views extending across to the Rock of Gibraltar and, on clear days, the Moroccan coastline. It sits at the quieter, less commercialised end of the Costa del Sol corridor.

Puerto de la Duquesa marina provides restaurants, cafés, and a working harbour within the municipality. Sotogrande, with its polo fields, golf courses including Valderrama, and marina, is five minutes by car. Estepona is roughly twenty minutes west, and Marbella around thirty minutes east along the AP-7.

The AP-7 toll motorway and the free A-7 coastal road connect Manilva directly to Marbella, Málaga, and Algeciras. Málaga Airport, the main international hub for the region, is approximately 90 kilometres east, around one hour by car. Gibraltar Airport is roughly 20 kilometres south and offers additional connections, particularly to the United Kingdom. The high-speed AVE rail network is accessible from Málaga city.
