Cademario is a Swiss municipality in the Canton of Ticino, located in the district of Lugano, about 12 kilometers from the city of Lugano. It is situated at 792 meters above sea level and enjoys a sunny position. The municipality includes the eponymous village and the districts of Renera and Bogno. Cademario is known for the Kurhaus Cademario Hotel & Spa, a wellness center that offers a panoramic view of Lake Lugano and the surrounding mountains.
The house we propose is a Bijoux, accessible via a private dead-end road, immersed in greenery, in a very quiet and sunny area.
It has 1-2 parking spaces in the garage and one outdoor parking space.
The interiors are divided as follows:
On the ground floor: entrance with hall and a nice windowed full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, an additional bathroom equipped with a whirlpool and separate shower, also windowed, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a large corner kitchen equipped with a dining area.
