It has 229 meters of shoreline along the Valizas Stream, as well as 80 meters of shoreline on a body of water ideal for SUP and kayaking. It includes a private dock for small boats, providing water access: a 10-minute ride to Cerro de la Buena Vista Beach, home to Uruguay’s highest dunes, and 20 minutes to Castillos Lagoon. Access to the smallholding is by 4x4 vehicle via a 7 km forest road from the Cabo Polonio bus terminal. There is also a certified helipad. The estate is highly secure, as land access is restricted to owners and park rangers.
