Buz013 Beautiful Sea Front House In Búzios

This is a beautiful beachfront vacation home consisting of 10 spacious suites divided over 3 floors. the Casa is located in the center of Búzios close to the beautiful and famous Rua das Pedras where are the best shops, restaurants and nightclubs that provide the best of Buzios entertainment and cuisine.

Upon entering the house, the first view you have is the comfortable waiting and reception area with an incredible view of the sea in Búzios. Each of the 10 suites are air-conditioned with queen-size beds, have a minibar, cable TV, shared balcony and a simplistic decor that gives the rooms a beautiful coastal charm. Of the 10 suites, the house has on the top floor, two spacious master suites with comfortable sofas and a beautiful panoramic view of the Búzios sea.

The kitchen of the house is large and with good air circulation, it has a 6-seater table with comfortable padded chairs and fully equipped with everything you need to make traditional Buzios meals.

At the back of the house, there is a door that gives direct access to the sands of Praia do Canto. On the street of the house we have the famous Rua das Pedras, full of clothing stores, souvenirs, restaurants and nightclubs nearby that add charm to the house and will make the stay remarkable not only by the warm people but also by the coastal landscape beautiful ecological parks and viewpoints that demonstrate the balance between nature and urbanism that few places have.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 350 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 250 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 250 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
