French Inspired Waterfront Sanctuary With Breathtaking Views

La Maison Welcome to Three Tree Point waterfront lifestyle with this French-inspired residence where iconic PNW sea, mountain & island vistas set the stage for daily living. Concealed from the street and wrapped in mature landscaping, the home was designed to capture its mesmerizing views from all main living: Mt Rainier, Quartermaster Bay between Vashon & Maury Islands (known for its spectacular 4th of July fireworks) and world-traveling vessels quietly sailing along Puget Sound “Big Blue”. An arched entry invites visitors to step inside to a spacious interior infused with charm & well-being. The generous great room (kitchen, living and dining) flows seamlessly to an interior courtyard with a refreshing fountain, while walls of French doors erase the line between in and outdoors. From morning coffee to dinner Al Fresco under the stars, the home lives as easily outside as it does in. The upper level is devoted to rest/gentle concentration with a sizable, view primary ensuite and its spa bathroom, two additional bedrooms and a serene library/den. Explore the grounds and scenic vantage points, inviting quiet moments and connection to Nature. Wander up to the “Upper Green”, a top of the world perch ideal for meditation or simply taking in the panorama. Enjoy the luxury of a double two-car garages for 4+ vehicles, ample storage & guest parking for 6. Take the Indian Trail to the local public beach access. Olde Burien shops & restaurants are just minutes away. A short drive to airport and Downtown Seattle.
