Bunyola Villa

Bunyola is a small inland town in the Serra de Tramuntana foothills, sitting at roughly 240 metres above sea level on the historic railway line between Palma and Sóller. The town retains a working Mallorcan character largely unchanged by mass tourism, with stone architecture, narrow lanes, and a central square anchored by the church of Sant Mateu. The surrounding mountain range carries UNESCO World Heritage status as a cultural landscape, which shapes both the scenery and the strict planning controls that limit new development.

Daily essentials are covered in the village itself, including a weekly market and local bars on Plaça de la Vila. Son Termes golf course is roughly ten minutes by car. The beaches of Port de Sóller are around twenty minutes, and Palma city centre, with its full range of restaurants, private schools, and medical facilities, is approximately the same distance.
