Búger is one of the smallest municipalities in Mallorca, a compact hilltop village in the Raiguer region set between the Serra de Tramuntana foothills and the agricultural plain of Es Pla. With a population of under 200, it retains an authenticity that larger inland towns have largely lost. Stone-built houses line narrow lanes, the parish church of Sant Pere anchors the village centre, and the surrounding landscape is defined by almond groves, carob trees, and dry-stone terracing.

Inca has a rail station on the Palma to Sa Pobla and Manacor lines, with trains to Palma taking around 35 minutes. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 40 kilometres from the village, reachable in under 45 minutes by car, with direct flights to most major European cities year-round.
