Búger Chalet

This rustic finca with a lot of character is located on the outskirts of the village of Búger. Built on a land of just over 15,000 square meters, we found the main house, an old mill fitted out as a guest house and landscaped areas with lawns and fruit trees.

As for the layout of the house we first find the entrance that leads directly to a living room with an open kitchen that has a covered terrace. The kitchen has a laundry room.

The house is very comfortable as on the same ground floor offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of them en suite.

In the same construction is integrated a tower of an old mill that houses the main suite of the house with a dressing room and a bathroom. In addition, on the upper floor of the tower there is a study from which you can observe the landscape in all its splendour.

Also by means of a staircase that surrounds the tower one arrives at the superior floor, in which we find two bedrooms more, each one with private bath in addition to another living room.

Although the house has 5 bedrooms, if you have guests you can choose whether they sleep in the main house or in the guest house which is an old mill tower with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

You will also be lucky enough to swim in the pool and sunbathe in the solarium area.

In short, it is a good opportunity to acquire a comfortable, quiet, spacious house that also has the advantage of being able to rent vacation as it has the permits.

On the other hand, Búger is a very small village of about 1,000 inhabitants located in the Raiguer de Mallorca, very close to Sa Pobla and Campanet, overlooking the Tramuntana mountain range. You can visit the Caves of Campanet or the font Ufanes. The village also has small shops, ovens and other establishments. As if that wasn’’t enough, it has a direct exit to the Palma motorway, so in less than 30 minutes by car you can be in the capital or in 10/15 minutes in Alcúdia enjoying its spectacular white sand beaches.
