Bucine (AR): Organic winery with a stone farmhouse on two levels, dependence, cellar, park with swimming pool, and approximately 14 hectares of land composed as follows:
• About 12.14 hectares of land used as a vineyard with rights to DOCG Chianti and DOC Valdarno di Sopra quality Sangiovese, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Franc, Carnaiolo nero, and Rebo. The vineyard is located at 500 meters above sea level, trained in Guyot with orderly rows for easy cultivation and soil rich in skeleton.
• Remaining land partly planted park, arable land, and forest.
Farmhouse dating back to 1400 finely restored while preserving typical features. The farmhouse on two levels of approximately 480 square meters, currently used as an agriturismo, is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: four possible entrances from the park, the main one leads to the large hall with terracotta arches, reception, kitchen, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and porch.
- First floor: 3 dining rooms, one with a traditional and functioning fireplace, 4 double bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
- Attic accessible via a wooden staircase with a bedroom and private bathroom.
Dependence of about 60 square meters on two levels:
- Ground floor: kitchen and bathroom;
- First floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom.
