Bordeaux House

In the heart of Saint-Augustin, this charming house is ideally located for everything to be done on foot: dropping the kids off at school, picking up bread at the church square, or taking the tram at Pellegrin (lines A and F are seven minutes away, perfect for going to Pey-Berland square or the train station without ever needing a car).

The house is cleverly designed, offering plenty of natural light regardless of the weather.

On the ground floor, you have a sleeping area:
- Three bedrooms, perfect for children, guests, or setting up a home office for remote work days;
- A very practical bathroom for daily family use;
- A separate laundry room for the washing machine (a detail that makes life easier).

Upstairs, spacious rooms:
You enter a large, bright, and very welcoming living area. The large windows bring in beautiful light all day, and the air conditioning keeps you cool during Bordeaux summers.

The room opens through a large sliding glass door onto a lovely suspended terrace, perfect for morning coffee or dining outside with friends on summer evenings. A nice bonus: the structure was originally designed to support the weight of a jacuzzi.

For your travel and parking needs, you have options:
- A partition has been added to create a bike storage room and extra storage space, but if you prefer to park your car indoors, it is entirely possible to restore a proper garage by removing this partition.

This is a recent house, ideally designed, pleasant to live in, very well located, and with very low energy consumption as it is rated A.

No renovation surprises: just unpack and settle in.
