In June 2006 we obtained the Residential Real Estate License of Engel & Voelkers as the first Turkish company, for the area of Bodrum Peninsula with a running period of 10 years. Between 2006 and 2016, under the branding of Engel & Voelkers Bodrum, we have concentrated on building up and extending our business with focus on Investment consulting and representing the high-end residential real estate market in the area. During this period we have greatly benefitted from the Engel & Voelkers Academy courses and the international Engel & Voelkers network. We have opened 2 satellite offices on the peninsula in 2015, one in the Bodrum Yacht Marina “Milta Marina”, and one in the high-end Yalikavak Yacht Marina. Our main office in Konacik has been enlarged in 2017 and remains at our first address. In 2016 we obtained a 5-year prolongation of our residential Engel & Voelkers license and became a partner in the Engel & Voelkers Yachting business as well as the Engel & Voelkers Private Office network. Since July 2021 we are operating out of the same offices and with the same team as EVBodrum.
