Modern Finca Retreat in the Heart of Mallorca’s Vineyards
This exclusive finca, completed in 2025, blends contemporary design with Mediterranean charm – bright, stylish, and set in a breathtaking location. With a constructed area of 475 m², it offers four spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, a high-end designer kitchen, private wine cellar (bodega), guest WC, storage room, and utility room. A natural stone façade, stone flooring, underfloor heating, air conditioning, a private well, and solar panels ensure exceptional comfort.
The beautifully landscaped private garden with pool lies within a 30-hectare estate belonging to a renowned bodega, which exclusively maintains the surrounding vineyards. This creates a unique community of modern country homes, each offering ample space and privacy. The panoramic view of the majestic Tramuntana mountains completes this one-of-a-kind natural setting. An optional finca service is available for added convenience – ideal for wine lovers and those seeking something truly special.
Sencelles is a quiet inland municipality in the geographic centre of Mallorca, sitting between the Tramuntana foothills to the north and the agricultural plain of Es Pla to the south. The area around Biniali, one of its small satellite villages, is defined by working vineyards, almond groves, and dry-stone walls. This is one of the few parts of Mallorca where the rural landscape remains largely intact, with no coastal development pressure and a strong tradition of wine production tied to the Binissalem DO designation.
The village of Binissalem, roughly five minutes by car, has a weekly market on Fridays and several well-regarded restaurants including Bodega Biniagual and Scott’s Bistro. Inca, the island’s main inland commercial centre, is around fifteen minutes away and offers a Thursday leather market, supermarkets, and everyday services. Palma is approximately thirty minutes by car.
The AP-7 motorway connects Sencelles to Palma in under thirty minutes, and Binissalem has a train station on the Palma to Sa Pobla line, with services running roughly every hour into Palma’s Intermodal station. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately thirty-five kilometres from the municipality, reachable in around thirty to forty minutes by car, with direct flights to most major European cities year-round and expanded connections from April through October.
