Rustic estate located on more than 69 hectares of land, bordering the beach of Binisafúller, with expansive panoramic views towards the southern coast of the island of Menorca in the Mediterranean Sea.
Dating from the late 18th century, in perfect condition, with a classic structure belonging to the classical-Palladian current intertwined with modernism and part of contemporary British architecture.
It is distributed in more than 40 rooms and common spaces (including 5 rooms and lounges, 2 dining rooms, 17 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, accommodation for service staff, 2 kitchens, storage rooms, warehouses, and pantries). It includes three levels with more than 1000m2 of living space. A wide granite staircase constitutes the central axis of the building, organizing and distributing its floor plan, and is displayed on the exterior in a tower with extensive panoramic views reaching up to Monte Toro, La Mola de Mahón, and the southern coast.
A convenient vehicular passage surrounds its perimeter, in the form of a paved courtyard at the front, separating it from the series of secondary side buildings that provide service (cheese factory, stables, changing rooms, garage, etc.) adding 385m2 of built area to this isolated ensemble. The dressing room area leads to a spacious and beautiful chill-out area consisting of a 3,600m2 garden and tennis court, large terrace, 62m2 pool, and 100m2 porch.
Within its grounds, there are over 850m2 of built structures including rustic buildings, cow sheds, two barns, three threshing floors, a cistern, two tanks, an oven, a bakery, two stables, a pleasure garden with two buildings for the gardener and the horticulturist, a small warehouse formerly used as a laundry, and a water well.
Binisafuller is a small, secluded coastal enclave on the southeastern tip of Menorca, defined by direct access to one of the island’s least-developed shorelines. The area sits within the protected landscape of the Balearic Islands, where low-density land use and strict planning controls have preserved the agricultural and natural character of the surrounding terrain. The southern coast here faces open Mediterranean water, with views extending toward the horizon uninterrupted by development.
Sant Lluís, the nearest town, is approximately five kilometres away and provides day-to-day essentials including local restaurants, a weekly market, and a pharmacy. Mahón, the island capital, is around twelve kilometres north and offers the main commercial centre, the covered Mercat des Claustre, and a working harbour with ferry connections.
Mahón Airport is approximately fifteen kilometres from Binisafuller, reachable in under twenty minutes by car, and operates direct flights to major European cities including London, Barcelona, Madrid, and Frankfurt, with the majority of international connections running year-round from Barcelona. The Trasmediterránea and Baleària ferry services from Mahón port connect Menorca to Barcelona in roughly eight hours overnight, and to Valencia in a similar timeframe.

Our team will help you find the perfect home to retreat or to spend the holidays. Menorca is the least developed of the Balearic Islands with the most pristine beaches, it is a favourite of divers, astronomers and those seeking utter peace and calm. With the recently opened Hauser & Wirth Art Gallery on Isla del Rey, a small island just off the city of Mahon, as well as the boom in concept stores and boutique hotels, it has become a top destination for art and culture enthusiasts.
