Sant Lluís is a small, well-preserved municipality in the southeastern corner of Menorca, known for its whitewashed architecture and the orderly grid of its historic centre, which reflects its 18th-century French colonial origins under the rule of the Duc de Richelieu. The town retains a distinctly local character, quieter and less commercialised than Mahón or Ciutadella, while sitting within easy reach of some of the island’s most secluded coves along the southern coastline.

The airport operates direct flights to major European cities including London, Barcelona, Madrid, and Frankfurt, with the most frequent connections running from spring through early autumn. Ferry services from Mahón port connect to Barcelona and Valencia for those preferring sea travel.
