Rancho Paraiso

El Paraíso is one of the most established residential enclaves on the western Costa del Sol, straddling the municipalities of Estepona and Benahavis at an elevation that delivers panoramic views across the Mediterranean toward the North African coastline. The area is anchored by the El Paraíso Golf Club, a long-standing fixture of the local landscape, and is defined by generous plot sizes, mature pine and eucalyptus vegetation, and a consistently low-density character that distinguishes it from the more built-up stretches of the coast below.

The El Paraíso area has its own hotel and golf club on site. Puerto Banús is approximately 10 minutes by car, offering a full range of restaurants, marina dining, and retail. Estepona town centre, with its covered market and seafront promenade, is around 15 minutes west. The commercial centre of Nueva Andalucía is a similar distance east.

Marbella town is reachable in roughly 20 minutes by car via the AP-7 or the coastal N-340. Malaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol, is approximately 65 kilometres east, translating to around 45 to 55 minutes by car depending on traffic. Gibraltar Airport, offering additional connections particularly to the UK, is around 50 kilometres west and accessible in under an hour.
