Bédoin Villa

Bédoin sits at the western foot of Mont Ventoux, the dominant landmark of northern Provence, and carries a reputation as one of the most sought-after villages in the Vaucluse. The village retains its Provençal character through stone architecture, a medieval church, and a weekly market that has anchored local life for generations. Its position on the slopes of the Ventoux gives it a distinct microclimate and a landscape of vineyards, cherry orchards, and pine forest that defines the surrounding countryside.

The village centre offers a covered market every Monday morning, several restaurants including Le Mas des Vignes and La Garrigue, and a handful of specialist food producers. Carpentras, the nearest market town with a hospital, supermarkets, and a Thursday truffle market in season, is approximately 20 kilometres to the southwest. Avignon is around 45 kilometres away.

Avignon TGV station connects to Paris Gare de Lyon in approximately 2 hours 40 minutes by high-speed rail and is reachable from Bédoin in under an hour by car. Marseille Provence Airport is roughly 90 kilometres to the south, approximately one hour by car, and serves a broad range of European and international routes. Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport is around 180 kilometres to the north, offering additional long-haul connections.
