Live On The Stunning French Riviera Over Monaco

Beausoleil sits directly above Monaco on the French Riviera, separated from the Principality by little more than a street. The town occupies the hillside of the Tête de Chien massif, with the older residential streets offering southward views across Monaco and the Mediterranean. Its Belle Époque and early twentieth-century building stock gives the town a distinct architectural character, and its position within the Alpes-Maritimes places it at the meeting point of the Côte d’Azur and the Alpine hinterland.

Daily life in Beausoleil centres on Boulevard du Général Leclerc, the main commercial artery with bakeries, pharmacies, and cafés. Monaco’s Carré d’Or, Casino de Monte-Carlo, and the Marché de la Condamine are a short walk downhill. Parc Grima provides green space within the town itself. Nice’s Cours Saleya market is a 30-minute drive west.

Monaco’s train station, Monaco-Monte-Carlo, is reachable on foot in under 20 minutes and connects to Nice in approximately 25 minutes and to Ventimiglia in Italy in around 30 minutes. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 30 kilometres west, accessible in roughly 30 minutes by car or via train from Monaco. The A8 motorway provides direct road access to Cannes, Antibes, and the Italian border.
