Located on the east coast of Mauritius, overlooking Île aux Cerfs, Anahita Estate has established itself over nearly 20 years as one of the leading luxury residential real estate destinations in the Indian Ocean.

At the heart of the estate lies the internationally acclaimed 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ernie Els, one of the destination’s most distinctive features. Residents also enjoy privileged access to a beach on Île aux Cerfs, reached by boat, as well as the vibrant atmosphere of two five-star resorts: The Bay Club at Anahita and Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita.

Anahita Estate offers a selection of luxury freehold apartments and villas, featuring contemporary or tropical-inspired architecture, generous living spaces and landscaped gardens. Depending on their location, these residences enjoy views over the golf course, surrounding natural landscapes or turquoise lagoon.
