Barcelona, one of the world’s favourite cities, is famous for its quality of life. The Catalan capital is intimate and yet a European leader in business, design, technology, fashion, sport and leisure. Its warm, Mediterranean climate makes outdoor life a daily pleasure.
From its varied gastronomic scene to its stunning architecture, Barcelona celebrates creativity, life and the joys of cosmopolitan culture.

Pedralbes was originally conceived as an urban garden project by Barcelona’s famous Güell family. Today, its wide tree-lined avenues envelop exclusive flats and mansions. Sports and leisure facilities abound, such as the prestigious Real Club de Polo de Barcelona and the Real Club de Tenis de Barcelona. The Camp Nou football club is within easy reach and the international airport is less than 15 minutes away. Among the architectural gems of Pedralbes is the former royal palace, now home to a design museum. Elite business schools, universities and international colleges are also located here. And behind it all, the hills of the Collserola natural park rise up spectacularly.

The villas are located on the most exclusive street in Barcelona’s most exclusive neighbourhood. Curving gently upwards around the landscaped grounds of the consulates and the beautiful campuses of world-renowned business schools, this elegant street is secluded, secure and special. Set back from the road, in private grounds, are some of Barcelona’s most desirable homes. And above them all, with views from lush greenery to the endless blue horizon, are the Pearson Gardens.

THE ARCHITECTURE

Limitless, as far as the eye can see. The space, light and views of Pearson Paradise are more powerful than anything that can be built. Renowned architectural practice A-cero has designed these extraordinary homes to complement and enhance their surroundings, not compete with them. The scope of each super-luxury villa extends far beyond its four walls and expansive grounds. The only limit is the horizon, as far as the eye can see across the city and out to sea. More than property, Pearson Paradise is an expression of place.
