Port des Canonge is one of the last authentic coastal villages in Mallorca, a true hidden gem on the wild west coast in the Serra de Tramuntana.

This charming, original fishing harbour is defined by its unspoilt natural surroundings, crystal-clear waters, and absolute tranquillity. Unlike more tourist-heavy areas, there are no large hotels or commercial developments, just a tight-knit, picturesque settlement offering privacy and local charm.

The sea-front house features three bedrooms and three bathrooms across multiple levels. Bright, welcoming rooms create an inviting atmosphere. The renovation preserves original elements while seamlessly integrating modern comforts. Large windows and terraces flood the home with light and provide breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding landscape.

Outside, the property blends naturally with its environment, featuring Mediterranean plants, a pool, and multiple seating and relaxation areas. From the terraces, enjoy the sun and spectacular sunsets over the coastline. Amenities include air conditioning, high-quality materials, and carefully selected finishes that ensure both comfort and durability.

This enchanting sea-front home perfectly combines tradition, modern living, and natural beauty, offering a private retreat for those seeking the authentic charm of western Mallorca.

Banyalbufar is a small municipality on the northwest coast of Mallorca, set within the Serra de Tramuntana, the mountain range that runs the length of the island’s western edge and carries UNESCO World Heritage status. The town is known for its terraced hillsides, originally built by the Moors for cultivating the local Malvasia grape, which descend steeply toward the sea. The area has remained largely free of mass tourism development, preserving a character that is increasingly rare on the island.

Day-to-day life here is quiet and self-contained. The village has a small number of local restaurants, including Sa Tafona and Mar i Vent, which has operated for generations. The nearby hamlet of Port des Canonge offers direct access to the sea. Palma is approximately 45 minutes by car, providing access to a full range of shops, restaurants, and services.

Banyalbufar is connected to Palma via the MA-10 coastal road, a scenic but winding route of roughly 45 kilometres. Palma’s Son Sant Joan Airport is approximately 55 to 60 minutes by car and operates year-round international routes to major European cities, with significantly expanded connections during the summer season. There is no rail or ferry connection from the village itself. A car is essential for daily use.

Apart from our property sales and rental listings, we also offer our services as a Personal Property Finder. The market often seems full of property listings but your dream home is not amongst them? This happens to many people. Apart from our online listings we have a selection of properties that are not officially listed on the market due to the owners requests for discretion. By using our personal property finder service many people have already found their dream home.

Living Blue Mallorca supports you from the very first phone call throughout the whole buying, selling or rental process; including viewings, negotiations, contracts, and even after the conclusion of the contract we offer an after sales service including the changeover of water and power supply, handing over the keys etc. to ensure a smooth transition into your new home.

We are looking forward to meeting you.
