Camp de Mar is a small, well-established residential enclave on the southwest coast of Mallorca, within the municipality of Andratx. It occupies a sheltered bay framed by pine-covered hillsides, and its architectural character is defined by low-density villas set back from a calm, sandy beach. The area has long attracted a discreet international clientele who value its relative seclusion and direct access to the sea, while remaining connected to the broader amenities of the Andratx area.

The beach at Camp de Mar is a short walk from most addresses in the enclave, with a small selection of waterfront restaurants including the well-regarded El Pescador. The town of Andratx is approximately five kilometres away, offering weekly markets, supermarkets, and everyday services. Puerto de Andratx, one of Mallorca’s most prestigious marina villages with numerous restaurants and boutiques, is around eight kilometres by road.

Palma de Mallorca is approximately 35 kilometres from Camp de Mar, reachable in around 35 to 40 minutes by car via the Ma-1 motorway. Palma Airport, which operates year-round international routes to major European cities and beyond, is roughly 45 minutes by road. There is no direct rail connection to this part of the island, so a car is essential for daily life. The TUI and Iberia networks make Palma one of the best-connected island airports in the Mediterranean.
