Sencelles is a small, unhurried municipality in the agricultural heartland of central Mallorca, sitting between Palma and Inca at an elevation that gives it open views across the Raiguer plain. The surrounding landscape is defined by dry-stone walls, almond and carob groves, and working vineyards, particularly around the hamlet of Biniali, which has developed a quiet reputation among those who follow Mallorcan wine production.
