The living spaces are simply divine with barrel roll hand-painted ceilings in the living room, charming rustic decor in the kitchen, and a grand master bedroom on the second floor that opens up to a splendid open plan bathroom, both with the most amazing views over the turquoise bay overlooking nearby

islands. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 7200 sq. ft. of Air conditioned space in addition there is a Master One bed one bath 840 Sq ft guest house along with a 2 bed 2 bath 700 Sq ft guest house on either side of the main house providing 8 bedrooms in total for owners and their guests. There are also special features like a theatre and billiards table making sure that the private island life will always be entertaining.

Upon arrival at the cay you will be welcomed into a private marina cut into the limestone. This is designed to accommodate a few centre consoles but not larger vessels. The island is powered by solar with a diesel generators as a back up.
