Villa Vanessa Mongerbino

Villa Vanessa is a splendid, newly built villa situated on the coastal road that connects Aspra with the fishing village of Porticello. Along this road there are numerous villas that belong or have belonged to wealthy Palermitans.
The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the village of Aspra, where freshly caught fish is sold every morning. Numerous pubs, restaurants, bars and all major shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes.
The villa enjoys a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Palermo. The sea is visible from all rooms of the villa and seems to penetrate the house. An expanse of a thousand shades of blue that change depending on the time of day and weather conditions.
The villa is about 15 km from the centre of Palermo and less than 50 km from Falcone Borsellino International Airport. Bagheria railway station is also less than 3 km away.

The villa
The villa stands on a plot of 3,300 metres, most of which is wooded with pine and oak trees. The plot is sloping and extends over the front and rear of the house.
The villa was recently completed and consists of 2 floors. The main entrance of the villa is on the right side of the house. The entrance of the villa opens onto a small corridor with a first bedroom on the left, a bathroom on the right and, further along the corridor, a kitchen-diner.
At the end of the corridor is the large living room with a fireplace. The room has large windows and double doors that look out onto the large veranda with sea views. Here you can spend the spring and summer months and enjoy the large outdoor area that the villa has. On the left side of the villa there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

Everything is new, the window frames with double glazing, thermal insulation and shutters, the doors, the terracotta floors throughout the house and the beautiful fireplace in the corner of the living room. The view from all the windows is breathtaking, the sea can be seen from almost every point of the house.
A staircase leads to the second floor where there is a large hallway with windows. Here there is a second door leading to the villa (this door gives the possibility to create two different flats with independent entrances). A corridor then leads to the 3 bedrooms, all of which have access to the terrace and offer sensational sea views. At the end of the corridor is the bathroom on the first floor.
The property is located in one of the most beautiful streets in the province of Palermo. Everything has been built to high quality standards and in full compliance with the building regulations in the area. A swimming pool has not yet been installed, but there is enough space for it.
