Aubenas Housing Estate

Just steps from the Château and the Saint-Benoît Dome, discover ”Le Fournil,” a characterful building with a rich historical past. This former 15th-century medieval residence, arranged around a magnificent inner courtyard now covered by a glass roof, has successively housed a cloister, a bakery in the mid-20th century, and a renowned restaurant since 1981.

The entire property offers exceptional potential for various projects:
• Creation of approximately 9 apartments;
• Operation as a guesthouse or boutique hotel;
• Cultural or tourist project with accommodations;
• Continuation or development of the existing restaurant business (approximately 290 m²).

The property retains several remarkable architectural elements from its original era: rounded medieval windows with stone keystones, a superb ancient spiral staircase ending in a lantern.

Significant renovation work is to be expected.
