Avaro is a contemporary garden residence located within one of Glyfada’s quieter residential neighbourhoods, where low-rise architecture, mature greenery and broad avenues create a distinctly residential atmosphere while remaining close to the coastline. Arranged across three levels, the maisonette has been designed to prioritise privacy, natural light and a continuous relationship between the interior spaces and the landscaped grounds that surround the property.
