This beautiful villa is located among golf courses, yet very close to the famous Puerto Banús and Marbella, and borders the towns of San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona. On the ground floor, from the entrance hall, there are two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The living room, brightened by natural light coming through the patio doors and windows, offers views of the garden and pool. From the living room, you can access the large terrace, where both the dining area and comfortable seating spaces provide the perfect setting for outdoor dining while watching the sunset.

At the back of the house, the fully equipped kitchen has the advantage of direct access to an additional terrace. Equipped with a built-in barbecue and shaded dining area, it is perfect for enjoying warm sunny afternoons.

On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a private terrace and en-suite bathroom, offering stunning mountain views. For the convenience of remote work, there is an office with monitors and a printer, ensuring you can combine work and leisure in a comfortable environment.
