The Palace is set on 10 hectares of gardens, including the magnificent walk of centuries-old oaks, an old, now unused, Camino de Santiago route, a 17th-century church, a hotel, and celebration halls.

The banquet hall area features two main halls, each with dance and dining areas. The Conde de Toreno hall, between the dance and dining areas, covers about 600 m2, while the Rey Silo hall is around 350 m2. Each hall has two bathrooms and a fully equipped, operational industrial kitchen.

The entire property is divided into different registered plots, which, complying with current regulations, can be subdivided into 1,800 m2 parcels, greatly expanding business possibilities.

PRIVATE CHAPEL
The Palacio Conde de Toreno has its own consecrated chapel for religious ceremonies, located within the palace grounds.
It is an original 17th-century building with a later 15th-century extension. Original elements remain, including architecture, part of the altarpiece, and other decorative features.
The paintings adorning the high walls were created by Don Francisco de Borja Zuleta, Duke of Abrantes, who lived in the Palace during the 1940s.
With 250 m2, the chapel can host large celebrations.

INNER COURTYARD
Its beautiful structure with an Asturian corridor allows for large gatherings surrounded by five centuries of history.

At the entrance to the Rey Silo hall, this spacious terrace perfectly complements the adjacent halls.

REY SILO HALL
Located in the Palace’s former stables, it retains original architectural elements with stone walls and cathedral-style wooden beams.
It accommodates 120 people at round tables and has direct access to the terrace. The hall’s antechamber features a lobby with a bar connected to the terrace for enjoying the outdoors at any time.

CONDE TORENO HALL
Spacious and bright hall with a capacity for about 200 people.
An adjacent hall made of stone and wood. Recently renovated, it features large windows with views of nature.

EVENTS
Weddings, birthdays, friends’ gatherings, communions, themed parties, workshops, technical conferences, or any type of event.

Steeped in history in every corner, the palace and its gardens, dating back to the 16th century, have hosted people who have left an indelible mark on the history of Spain and Asturias. From the Valdés and Salas families, founders of the University of Oviedo and vicars of the Seville cathedral, whose remains rest in the palace church, this special site has been a Trappist order convent, a base for Napoleon’s troops commanded by Marshal Ney, and the home and resting place of the controversial Spanish historian, President of the Council of Ministers of Spain, member of the Cádiz Cortes, and revolutionary war councilor Don José María Quiepo de Llano.
