Tutti gli appartamenti, le camere, le suite, sono arredate con mobili autentici di arte povera toscana.
La superficie agricola della fattoria è di circa 65 ettari di terreno, la metà all’incirca boschiva, l’altra metà coltivata che comprende anche la zona fabbricati, giardini, piscina ecc.
Della parte lavorata, circa 6 ettari è coltivata a oliveto intensivo con all’incirca 1760 piante di olive, tutte in piena produzione.
L’Azienda è a coltivazione biologica e produce Olio extra vergine di Oliva e cereali a rotazione.
Inoltre nella proprietà esiste un laghetto artificiale di circa 5000 mq alimentato da sorgente naturale, molto adatto ad irrigazione per un eventuale campo da golf.
Inoltre è stato realizzato nei primi anni del 2000, un pozzo artesiano di circa 90 metri di profondità regolarmente denunciato, da cui viene prelevata l’acqua per alimentare le piscine.
Tutto il complesso è dotato di un impianto di depurazione acque reflue, per poi scaricare le acque depurate a cielo aperto, il tutto perfettamente funzionante a norma di legge
