The first of the projected houses has a surface to be built on the ground floor of about 183 m2 plus approx. 16,25 of porches also on the ground floor, plus an annex of about 39,98 m2, which will be distributed in 4 bedrooms with their respective bathrooms, entrance hall, living-dining room, kitchen and hallway; while the annex will be used as a garage, laundry room, machine room and toilet. It will also have a swimming pool and terraces. Licence granted.
The second house will have a surface area of about 138 m2 on the ground floor, plus approx. 11,37 of porches, plus an annexe of about 30 m2. This house will only have 3 bedrooms with their respective bathrooms, the remaining distribution being the same as the first one. Licence granted.
