Artà Country House

This large estate of around 496 hectares of land is located between green hills in the north-east of Mallorca in the coastal region of the municipality of Artà, very close to Colonia de Sant Pere. A historic old farm can be renovated. The property is registered in the island’s agricultural register and has the qualification of preferential agricultural use.

The extensive grounds are home to a wide variety of fruit trees, two water sources and historic buildings. As you explore the grounds, you can enjoy fantastic views over the island, the bay of Alcudia, the sea and the Tramuntana mountains.
