Designed by Haden Emslie Architecture and built by Bamford McLeod for Millbrook itself, 29 Settlers Way brings contemporary performance to one of the resort’s most established lanes. Quarry stone, pre-cast and aerated concrete. and corrugated steel settle this beautiful home naturally among the low stone walls and mature planting of the original village. Inside, an exposed concrete stair, timber detailing and a textured material palette give the rooms weight and warmth without competing with the outlook.

The plan is generous and highly resolved.
